What good is it to be a coach and do a hard core workout program without goals? Well, here is a list of them. They will be scratched out with the date and linked to the blog post in which I spoke about completing them. I’ll also add more as I think about them.
1. Order Shakeology.
2. Test out Shakeology for a month. Write review.
3. Ideal weight: 150-155 lbs.
4. Do at least 10 regular pushups.
5. Complete a half marathon.
6. Learn to swim. (I’m currently taking classes!)
7. Sign up for a TRIATHLON!
8. Complete Insanity: Round 1
9. Begin Insanity: Round 2
10. Complete Insanity Round 2
11. Fit into pre-baby outfit.
12. Do 10 pull ups.
13. COMPLETE TRIATHLON!
14. Finally give my measurements to my husband so he can order the cosplay costume he’s been wanting to order for me. (He’s a gamer. Details on that later ^_^)
